Our oil is single-estate, meaning every olive is grown and hand harvested on our 18-acre ranch in Creston, California. We cold press at peak ripeness within hours of harvest to preserve maximum flavor, polyphenols, and potency. Nothing is blended from anonymous sources. You know exactly where it comes from.

Arbequina contributes a silken, buttery texture with mild fruit notes. Picual brings depth, a peppery finish, and high polyphenol content. Liquid Gold is blended from both varietals for a complete, complex profile.

The concentrates are a first-of-their-kind creation: ten bold flavors, each crafted from estate olive oil and infused with an intense, distinct ingredient. They come in 1 oz dropper bottles. A few drops transform any dish or beverage. They are unlike anything else in the category.

Our olives are grown without synthetic pesticides or chemicals. Due to the cost and complexity of certification, we are not currently certified organic, but our farming practices reflect the same commitment to purity and land stewardship.

Unopened, our olive oil is best within 18 to 24 months of bottling. Once opened, we recommend using it within 60 days for peak flavor. Store in a cool, dark place away from heat and light.

Both. Cold-pressed high-oleic olive oil has a smoke point around 400°F, making it suitable for sautéing, roasting, and baking. It is equally exceptional drizzled raw over a finished dish, pressed into warm skin, or taken by the spoonful as a daily ritual.

That is a sign of high polyphenol content, one of the best indicators of a quality extra virgin olive oil. Polyphenols are powerful antioxidants. The sensation means the oil is doing exactly what it should.

Each numbered Liquid Gold box includes one bottle of estate extra virgin olive oil, two botanical infusion concentrates (Meyer Lemon and Italian Basil), a certificate of authenticity signed by Mahnaz, and a digital collectible paired to your bottle number.

The 2026 release is limited to 1,500 numbered bottles. Once they are gone, this edition will not be reproduced.

Yes. It arrives in its black and gold presentation box, signed and numbered by Mahnaz, with two concentrates and a certificate inside. In the cart you can add a ribbon and a handwritten card, complimentary with Liquid Gold, and write your message in the note.

Yes. Mahnaz Skincare is a small collection made with olive oil from the ranch, under the Rancho Mahnaz name. It is in final development and will be sold here when it is ready.

Yes. Shipping is complimentary on orders of $100 or more within the United States. On smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.

Every order is packed with care to protect the bottle during transit. Liquid Gold and gift orders ship in packaging designed to arrive as beautifully as it was made.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Yes. We work directly with shops, hotels, restaurants and corporate gifting programs, and a selection of the line will also be available on Faire. The program is being finalized now.
