Our oil is single-estate, meaning every olive is grown and hand harvested on our 18-acre ranch in Creston, California. We cold press at peak ripeness within hours of harvest to preserve maximum flavor, polyphenols, and potency. Nothing is blended from anonymous sources. You know exactly where it comes from.

Arbequina contributes a silken, buttery texture with mild fruit notes. Picual brings depth, a peppery finish, and high polyphenol content. Liquid Gold is blended from both varietals for a complete, complex profile.

The concentrates are a first-of-their-kind creation — ten bold flavors, each crafted from estate olive oil and infused with an intense, distinct ingredient. They come in 1 oz dropper bottles. A few drops transform any dish or beverage. They are unlike anything else in the category.

Our olives are grown without synthetic pesticides or chemicals. Due to the cost and complexity of certification, we are not currently certified organic — but our farming practices reflect the same commitment to purity and land stewardship.

Unopened, our olive oil is best within 18 to 24 months of bottling. Once opened, we recommend using it within 60 days for peak flavor. Store in a cool, dark place away from heat and light.

Both. Cold-pressed high-oleic olive oil has a smoke point around 400°F, making it suitable for sautéing, roasting, and baking. It is equally exceptional drizzled raw over a finished dish, pressed into warm skin, or taken by the spoonful as a daily wellness ritual.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
