Our oils, vinegars and concentrates are food, so we can't accept returns.

If anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, write to us within 7 days of delivery at mahnaz@ranchomahnaz.com with a photo, and we'll replace it.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
