How to use them. A few drops in a spoonful of olive oil make a finishing oil for bread, pasta or roasted vegetables. Or add them straight to food, a vinaigrette, a soup or a cocktail: swirl two or three around an empty martini glass before the pour. How many is up to you. Taste as you go.
A host gift for someone who cooks, and for the friend who doesn't drink. Bought one at a time, six would be $300.
